We provide the following account preparation services;
Sole Traders/Partnerships
Accounts can be produced monthly or quarterly to keep you up to date and to assist in the day-to-day running of the business. At all times valuable advice will be at hand. Depending on your circumstances we will produce annual accounts in conformity with the requirements of HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), bankers, creditors etc.
Limited Companies/Limited Liability Partnerships
As well as management accounts prepared monthly or quarterly we can produce annual accounts in conformity with current legislation and for filing with Companies House each year. Accounts can be audited or non-audited depending on the size of your business and bankers / creditors requirements.
Social Clubs, Charities etc.
These type of entities have specific reporting requirements. S I Ahmed & Co. can provide accounting services for any non-standard trading entity.
